We’ll have a space booked for everyone to meet/greet, hang out and enjoy some lunch together. No agenda, just connecting.

When: 11:30am-3pm

Day 2: Friday, May 3rd

What: Systems And Teams intensive. Q&A session. We set an agenda based on what you’re doing, the main problems in your business, and what you want to achieve. Whiteboard sessions. Hotseats. Presentations. Connecting. Lunch will be provided + group dinner.

Where: TBC / at event venue.

When: 9am till 5pm~

Day 3: Saturday, May 4th

What: Systems And Teams intensive Round II. More hotseats. QA. Whiteboard sessions. Connecting. Lunch will be provided.

Where: TBC / at event venue.

When: 11am till 7pm

Day 4: Sunday, May 5th

What: Systems And Teams intensive Round III. Summary of the past 2 days, final Q&As + whiteboard sessions with a group activity / hang out in the late afternoon.

When: 11am till 2pm + group activity.
